2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to generate personalized workouts, nutrition targets, and AI coaching. You control whether the AI coach may use your health data from your Account Hub privacy settings.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely and protected by row-level security so that only you can access your records.

4. Your Rights

You can download a complete copy of your personal data or permanently delete your account at any time from the Privacy section of your Account Hub. Deleting your account removes your profile and all associated logs.

5. Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. Limited processing may occur through trusted infrastructure and AI providers solely to deliver the service.
